A growing organization in the clean energy sector is seeking a Project Finance Counsel to support its transactional and financing activities. This role reports to the General Counsel and will work closely with internal teams and external partners across a range of project-related matters.ResponsibilitiesSupport project financing transactions, including debt, equity, and construction-related structures.Draft and negotiate financing agreements and related documentation.Manage compliance with financing requirements, covenants, and related obligations.Coordinate with cross-functional teams throughout transaction lifecycles.Conduct legal due diligence and provide guidance on risk and documentation.Assist with occasional dispute or litigation matters as needed.QualificationsJD and active bar membership.3-5 years of transactional legal experience.Experience in the energy sector required; renewable energy preferred.Strong drafting, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with standard legal and productivity software.This is a hybrid role based in Atlanta, with in-office presence required Monday through Thursday and remote work on Fridays.
