The opportunity is with an established midsized firm that represents more than 95 cities, counties, authorities, and state agencies across the state in a variety of civil litigation, transactional, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance matters.The Practice: The incoming attorney's caseload will include real estate, business, premises liability, construction, and other general civil litigation matters. The work mirrors what you'd find in a corporate litigation department at a major firm.Attorney and staff retention is high, with an average tenure of 5 years.
