This role will report to the Director of Legal Operations.About the RoleIn this role, you'll help keep the Legal team running smoothly and find ways to make it run better. You'll own core workflows like budget tracking, vendor coordination, and reporting. You'll also run a few key team programs, such as professional development and engagement initiatives, making sure they are organized, easy to manage, and valuable to the team.You'll own your day-to-day work and build the judgment to make decisions within your scope. You'll be expected to ask questions, spot inefficiencies, and suggest practical improvements. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location.
