Unlike their junior associate opportunities, this position requires an attorney capable of independently managing hearings, motions, and active litigation from day one.Job ResponsibilitiesHandle contested divorce and custody litigation.Independently appear in court.Conduct hearings and argue motions.Draft pleadings, discovery, and legal memoranda.Negotiate settlements.Maintain active client communication.Collaborate with partners and legal staff.Manage approximately 30–50 active matters.QualificationsRequiredGeorgia Bar admission.Family law litigation experience.Ability to independently manage hearings and motions.Strong client advocacy.Excellent legal writing skills.PreferredMediation experience.Trial experience.High‑conflict family law matters.Work EnvironmentFull-time, in‑office.
