We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Development Assistant / Senior Real Estate Paralegal to support our growing team!Acquisitions / DevelopmentPerform in-depth industry, market, and competitor researchOnline research for deeds/ownershipAdminister acquisition/disposition portalAssist with project planning, entitlement and permittingAssist with project coordination, included but not limited to:Create, update, and maintain critical dates and deadline notification emails, circulating to relevant partiesTrack permit deadlinesTrack design team insuranceTrack outstanding bondsCoordinate post office addresses for new projectsCoordinate signage for new and existing projectsCompile construction to operations turnover manualOversee building plan filesAssist with due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions (including reviewing and abstracting all existing property-related contracts to be assumed in an acquisition, title and survey review)Attend various neighborhood, government and regional meetingsSpecial project work as needed and assignedAssist and package Request for Proposal (RFP) and responses, ensuring compliance with requested requirements to include Surveying, Civil Engineer, Environmental Geotech Inspections, Landscape Engineer, Architect and any additional 3rd party correspondence as may be required.Investor portal maintenanceCoordinate lender, investor and inspector property tours and documentation for reviewLegal Coordination AssistanceAssist with real estate closingsContract Administration, including but not limited to cable revenue shareAssist with corporate/legal (organize new companies, issue stock, etc.)Assist with renters' and corporate insurance claims coordinationExecutive Support/Office ManagementHandle copier purchasing/leasing/maintenanceWebsite maintenanceCoordinate and oversee annual corporate giftsFilter and organize all incoming communication - prioritize, respond and reschedule as neededDraft correspondence, return phone calls, etc.Taxes, tax comp research and maintain tax filesMaintain corporate filesParticipate in volunteer activities on behalf of the CompanyStonecrest Industrial AllianceDirectly support senior managementBenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision, Short Term / Long Term Disability, Company paid Life AD&D,Access to Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA)Robust Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Access to Telemedicine for Team members401 KApartment DiscountGenerous Paid Time Off (PTO) PackagePaid Holiday'sCell phone allowanceAnd much more!CompensationBase salary starting at $70,000.
