Position OverviewLydecker is seeking an associate attorney with 0-4 years of experience. This is a hybrid position located in our Atlanta, GA office. Applicants should be admitted to practice in GA. Under the supervision of a partner, the associate will handle a variety of cases, including the defense of premises liability, personal injury, and general liability. If you possess a strong work ethic and want to work in our defense litigation group in Atlanta, this may be the opportunity for you!We are open to hiring first‑year attorneys.Job RequirementsThis position requires a GA bar license in good standing.A minimum of a JD from an ABA‑approved law school.A minimum of 0-3 years of civil defense litigation experience, preferably in general liability, bodily injury, premises liability, products liability, or construction defect litigation.Previous experience should include working on up to 15+ cases at once, attending and defending depositions, taking depositions, appearing in court, drafting motions and discovery; mediation and trial experience is a plus but not required.Computer skills: Basic knowledge of computer operation, internet software, spreadsheet software, and word‑processing software; Microsoft products preferred.
