This is a role for someone who already knows family law inside and out and wants to do meaningful work in a supportive, lower-stress environment with real flexibility.Your Impact In this role, you will:Keep family law cases organized and moving from intake through resolutionFree our attorneys to focus on advocacy by owning the documents, filings, and deadlinesBe a steady, reassuring point of contact for clients during a difficult timeHelp shape a positive, collaborative firm cultureWhat You'll Do:Case Support & Litigation:Draft and manage pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and settlement agreementsPrepare cases for depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial, including exhibits and witness coordinationConduct legal research and analysisMaintain organized case files and documentation, both physical and electronicClient Communication:Gather case information from clients and keep them updated throughout the processCommunicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and the courtFirm Contribution:Coordinate with attorneys, process servers, and court staff to keep matters on trackSupport ongoing improvements in process and client experienceWhat You Bring:At least 2 years of recent, hands‑on family law paralegal experience, with family law as your primary practice area, not occasional exposureDemonstrated skill drafting family law pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements independentlyStrong legal research and writing abilityProficiency with Microsoft Office and standard legal research softwareExcellent organization, time management, and the ability to manage a full caseload in a fast‑paced settingOne day remote every weekComprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with firm matching, Flexible PTO, paid holidays, and sick leaveOngoing training, mentorship, and career developmentA collaborative, supportive, team‑oriented culture where your work genuinely matters#J-18808-Ljbffr
