This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-exposure civil litigation matters while gaining meaningful courtroom experience alongside accomplished trial attorneys.The firm offers a collaborative environment, strong mentorship, and the opportunity to take ownership of complex cases from inception through trial.ResponsibilitiesHandle all phases of complex civil litigation, including case investigation, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and appeals.Conduct legal research and analyze factual issues to support case strategy.Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, legal memoranda, and client correspondence.Assist in developing litigation strategy and preparing cases for trial.Salary and Other CompensationThe annual salary for this position is between $125,000–$145,000 annually .
