If you're looking for a place where you can make a meaningful impact and continue growing your career, we'd love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Drafting pleadings (e.g., Petitions, Motions, DRFAs, Child Support Worksheets)Preparing and responding to discovery, including inserting appropriate objectionsManaging litigation calendars and tracking deadlinesPreparing files and clients for mediation, hearings, and trialAssembling trial binders and final ordersPerforming legal research and draftingCoordinating virtual hearings and mediations (Zoom, WebEx, etc.)E-filing documents through platforms such as Odyssey and PeachCourtIdeal Candidate:Experienced: Minimum of 5+ years in Georgia family law litigationProactive: Able to work independently and anticipate case needs without hand-holdingDetail-Oriented: Takes pride in getting it right the first timeCompassionate: Understands the emotional complexity of family law cases and treats clients with empathyTeam-Oriented: Willing to collaborate and help when deadlines loomTech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Word, basic case management software, and e-filing systemsSolutions-Focused: Speaks up to improve systems and respects internal policies and proceduresWork Environment:This is a full-time, in-office position.
