OverviewEUA is seeking an experienced and innovative BIM & Digital Delivery Manager to join our Design Technology team. This role is responsible for advancing BIM excellence across the firm through project support, standards development, training, and technology leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesBIM & Project DeliveryServe as a firmwide resource for BIM and digital delivery best practices.Support project teams with model setup, coordination, troubleshooting, and quality reviews.Participate in project kickoff meetings and advise teams on BIM workflows, standards, and technology solutions.Review models and design content to promote consistency, efficiency, and technical excellence.Develop and manage digital delivery workflows that transform BIM data into accessible, actionable information for project teams, firm operations, and client-facing services.Standards & Technology LeadershipMaintain and evolve BIM standards, templates, content libraries, and best practices.Create and manage Revit content, and digital delivery workflows.Develop and deliver training programs and technical documentation.Support software evaluations, licensing, and technology planning initiatives.Innovation & Emerging TechnologyResearch and evaluate new technologies that improve project delivery and staff productivity.Explore applications of automation, data analytics, visualization, and artificial intelligence within AEC workflows.Pilot and implement practical technology solutions that deliver measurable value to project teams and clients.Monitor industry trends and help position EUA as a leader in digital practice and innovation.QualificationsRequiredAssociates degree or higher and proven BIM experience within an AEC environment.Advanced proficiency with Autodesk Revit and BIM project delivery workflows.Strong communication, training, and documentation skills.Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple offices and disciplines.PreferredExperience with Autodesk Forma, Navisworks, Dynamo, SketchUp, Rhino/Grasshopper, Enscape, Twinmotion, or similar platforms.Experience developing BIM standards, content, and workflows.Familiarity with automation, AI-enabled tools, and emerging digital delivery technologies.Experience with visualization, virtual reality, or building performance analysis.What Success Looks LikeProject teams consistently leverage BIM best practices to improve quality and efficiency.Firm standards, content libraries, and workflows remain current, scalable, and widely adopted.Staff proficiency with BIM and design technology tools continues to grow.New technologies, including AI, are evaluated and implemented where they provide practical business value.The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $130,000 based on skills and experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
