As Primrose relaunches and scales LSM across 560+ franchise locations, this role ensures the program runs with consistency, accuracy, and accountability.This individual owns the systems, processes, and reporting that enable effective execution at scale creating visibility into plan submissions, tracking Franchise Owner (FO) compliance with marketing investment requirements, and maintaining clean, audit-ready records. The role is responsible for continuously refining operational processes by leveraging category best practices and proven Franchise business approaches to drive efficiency, innovation, and scalability. By building and managing the operational infrastructure of LSM, this role allows Field Marketing Managers to focus on coaching and driving stronger marketing outcomes at the school level.This role is based in Atlanta in our Support Center office and reports to the Director, Field Marketing.Program Operations & Process ManagementOwn the end-to-end workflow for annual Local School Marketing plan submissions across 560+ schools, including templates, timelines, approval routing, and documentationBuild and maintain scalable systems to manage high-volume plan submissions with accuracy and consistencyServe as the single source of truth for plan submission status, ensuring real-time visibility into submitted, pending, and non-compliant schoolsEquip Field Marketing Managers with standardized templates, toolkits, and clear process guidance for each planning cycleIdentify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to enhance team effectiveness and the Franchise Owner experienceCompliance Tracking & ReportingTrack and report on Franchise Owner compliance with required local marketing investment across all marketsDevelop and maintain dashboards and roll-up reporting for Marketing and Franchise Relations leadershipProactively identify compliance risks and partner with Field Marketing and Franchise Support to resolve issues earlyMaintain accurate, audit-ready records of marketing plans, approvals, spend commitments, and compliance statusDriving Innovation & Continuous ImprovementProactively identify and drive opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement across the function to enhance performance, efficiency, and business outcomes.Champion a culture of continuous improvement by challenging the status quo, testing new ideas, and scaling successful initiatives.Leverage data, insights, and emerging trends to inform innovation efforts and optimize execution.Cross-Functional CoordinationPartner with Franchise Support, Finance, and Legal/Compliance to ensure alignment with franchise agreement requirementsPartner with Commercial + Marketing team to support development of local school programs and toolkitsServe as the operational liaison between Field Marketing and key partners, including Finance (budget tracking), IT (systems and tools), and Business Analytics (reporting)Support onboarding of new Franchise Owners into the LSM program, ensuring clear understanding of expectations, tools, and processesWHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR8+ years of experience in marketing operations, franchise operations, program management, or a related fieldProven ability to build and manage complex, high-volume operational processes (franchise or multi-location experience strongly preferred)Strong project management skills, with experience using tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or similar platformsHighly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneouslyStrong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex processes into clear, actionable guidanceCollaborative and solutions-oriented, with a focus on enabling others rather than creating unnecessary complexityBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related fielWHAT YOU WILL GETCommission or bonuses based on personal and company performance50% tuition reimbursement for up to three children and/or one grandchild at any Primrose SchoolFull-time team members are eligible for health, dental and vision insurance401k with company matching up to 3.5% and company provided life insuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramFlexible work from home options available.
