Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking to hire a Real Estate Attorney licensed to practice law in South Carolina, North Carolina or Georgia. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of three years experience in residential real estate and background in commercial real estate transactions.Attorney to advise clients in real estate transactions involving the purchase, sale, refinance, and HELOC of residential and/or commercial property. Attorney will also have title responsibilities involving the review, analysis, and preparation of a myriad of documents and instruments associated with various real estate transactions.
