Advocating for victims. Preparing and monitoring annual operational plans and budgets; seeking and applying for grant funding for the program. Providing leadership, supervision, and staff development, planning, evaluation, directing, monitoring, and teamwork.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field, 5 years of work experience and direct services with people in crisis, experience in supervisory capacity and administrative management; or an acceptable combination of education and skills. Acceptable standards of conduct, integrity, judgment, and ethics; ability to make objective decisions.
