The firm manages a diversified portfolio of real estate assets and structured credit investments across the United States, with a strong emphasis on institutional‑quality transactions and disciplined risk management.This role offers broad exposure across the investment lifecycle, working closely with investment, capital markets, and asset management teams.Position OverviewThe Associate General Counsel will provide legal support across a range of commercial real estate transactions and financing activities, with a particular focus on structured finance, commercial lending, and back‑leveraged arrangements.
