Attorneys are supported by staff who assist with case preparation, allowing a primary focus on legal work and advocacy.Responsibilities Meeting with potential and existing clients for consultationsReviewing filings and supporting documentationDrafting motions, briefs, appeals, and related legal workRepresenting clients in court, proceedings, and interviewsManaging cases from a legal and strategic standpointCommunicating with courts, agencies, and other relevant partiesRequirements Member of the Georgia Bar in good standingExperience in immigration law preferredSpanish proficiency is a plusStrong legal writing, research, and analytical skillsAbility to manage responsibilities independently and exercise sound judgmentHow We Work The firm operates with defined processes and clear expectations.
