Job Overview A law firm seeks a Patent Post-Grant Associate in Atlanta, GA. This role focuses on patent post-\u201cgrant\u201d proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, including inter-partes review and ex-\u201cparte\u201d reexamination.
