You will learn and fully understand our clients' business, evaluate the issues and develop solutions to become the clients' key advisor.What You'll DoUnderstand an enterprise system holistically for troubleshooting and problem solving (to the point where you can triage issues)Work with our client's Engineering team to help prioritize work in their areaUse knowledge of quality and business analysis as well as effective project management skills to plan and lead work streams with small teamsDefine and execute workflow‑based end‑user test scenariosAssist with test data management and execution oversightDemonstrate a logical, rigorous, and analytical problem‑solving approachBe an active part of the team cultureFacilitate the development of future state workflows while identifying process, interpersonal and technical gaps that need to be filledCommunicate and provide updates to clientsWhat You'll BringExperience in one or more of the following areas: Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Data Analysis, or similarAbility to analyze complex issues and communicate concepts to clientsAbility to identify root cause and solutions for technical issuesExceptional attention to detail and ability to ask intelligent questionsStrong analytical and interpersonal communication skills; ability to work independently or as a team memberExcellent organizational and multitasking skillsStrong initiative and ability to follow upAbility to serve as a liaison between both business and technical teams to drive effective, timely solutions that fulfill both strategic and operational needsProficient in defining and documenting business processes and requirementsA bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university. A master's degree and/or applicable professional certifications are bonuses.Any experience with technical or enterprise‑wide projects is a plus; experience in management consulting is a plusLocation: Atlanta, GA based, hybrid position.
