Mission Critical Projects | Data Center Commissioning | Leadership Opportunity We are supporting a leading organisation within the mission-critical infrastructure sector that is seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to lead the delivery of complex hyperscale data center projects.This is an opportunity to join a high-performing team responsible for commissioning some of the most advanced facilities in the world, where reliability, technical excellence, and operational performance are paramount.The Opportunity As Commissioning Manager, you will take ownership of the commissioning process from planning through final handover, ensuring all systems are tested, validated, and operating as designed. You will work closely with project teams, contractors, consultants, and client stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes across large-scale mission-critical environments.Key Responsibilities Lead commissioning activities from pre-construction through project completionManage and coordinate L1–L5 commissioning processesOversee functional testing, integrated systems testing, and final validation activitiesDevelop and manage commissioning schedules, procedures, and documentationIdentify and mitigate technical risks, performance issues, and scope gapsCoordinate multidisciplinary teams across mechanical, electrical, controls, and operations functionsEnsure compliance with commissioning standards, quality requirements, and project objectivesSupport issue resolution and drive corrective actions through to completionBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and project stakeholdersMentor and develop commissioning engineers and technical team membersWhat We're Looking For 8+ years of experience within commissioning, engineering, or mission-critical construction environmentsProven experience delivering commissioning activities on data centre or other critical infrastructure projectsStrong understanding of MEP systems, system integration, and commissioning methodologiesExperience leading commissioning teams and managing multiple project stakeholdersAbility to review and interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, and contract documentsExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsHighly Desirable Full L1–L5 commissioning lifecycle experiencePrevious experience within hyperscale data centre environmentsStrong knowledge of mission-critical mechanical and electrical systemsExperience managing commissioning programmes across multiple concurrent projectsWhat's On Offer Opportunity to lead high-profile hyperscale data centre projectsExposure to some of the industry's most technically challenging environmentsClear progression opportunities within a growing mission-critical businessCompetitive salary and benefits packageCollaborative, high-performance culture focused on technical excellence and deliveryIf you have a strong commissioning background and are looking to take ownership of major data centre projects, we'd like to hear from you.#J-18808-Ljbffr
