This includes both activity-based tracking (GR's, accruals) and actual cash outlay (invoice payment timing). Monthly processes include analyzing and maintaining actual spend on capital projects, working with the Operations and Engineering teams to establish and review new projects and aiding in creation of new Appropriation Requests (ARs). Additional responsibilities are to work closely with Corporate FP&A, Corporate Accounting and Corporate IT on maintaining and improving the AR system that is utilized across the corporation for the approval process of all ARs. Once a year, this role would also be responsible in consolidating and reporting on the 5-year capital plan. Assist in developing presentations to executive management, Board of Directors (BOD) and external entities. Provide analytical support for integration projects, and treasury related activities.
