Analyst, Brand Analytics - Arby's position is critical to understanding brand business performance in order to help develop strategies and recommendations to inform future brand direction. The expectation is that this individual will report on information critical to business insights and decision‑making. The Analyst on the Brand Analytics team will be a key resource for the brand in answering business questions efficiently and effectively for all cross‑functional partners.This position is required onsite 4 days per week, typically Monday‑ThursdayResponsibilitiesInsight Generation – Generate insights that improve the business through linking various data sources (e.g., sales, competitor, market, customer, etc.)Business Analysis – Analyze brand performance and sales trends, including promotional and test analysesKPI Reporting – Create and maintain reports that assess ongoing business performance, leading indicators, and explanatory factorsAd Hoc Reporting – Develop, execute and deliver reports based on brand business requirements for various stakeholders across the organizationBrand Performance – Analyze and monitor key metrics across brand health, product performance, and guest experience to assist in analyzing, understanding, and recapping the impact of overall business performance and/or promotional marketing programsStrategy Consulting – Provide guidance and strategic recommendations on promotional marketing initiatives across all levels of the organization, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative measures; present strategic recommendations based on sound financial analysis to large and small audiences across all levels of the organizationRelationship Management – Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners while collaborating effectively across the organization to achieve objectivesProject Management – Ensure that all medium/long term projects are implemented on time and achieve business goals and objectivesEducation Qualifications4 yr degree preferably in Business Management, Data & Analytics, Marketing, Finance, or other relevant disciplineExperience QualificationMinimum: 1+ year of relevant experience in relevant fieldPreferred: Master's Degree preferredREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS Or ABILITIESResults driven with the ability to perform successfully with limited supervisionHave the ability to compile sound business recommendationsStrong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to research, reconcile, and arrive at conclusionsTime management skills in order to prioritize and manage deadlinesComfort working in the fast‑paced QSR segment with the ability to turn around deliverables for senior management with short timeframesProactive, team player but also able to work independentlyExcellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skillsExcellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and effective collaborator committed to getting the job doneProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, with expertise in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, advanced functions, formulas, filtering, etc.)Relational database proficiency with SQL experiencePower BI experience is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
