This position is fully remote. To be successful, you should have excellent communication skills, be highly detail-oriented, and have strong experience in GL reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, Excel, and NetSuiteThis position is remote within the U.S. only. You must be a U.S. resident and eligible to work in the U.S.Responsibilities Assist the Senior Accountant and Controller with day-to-day, monthly and end operations, including the financialPreparation of monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations such as Bank Accounts, Fixed Assets, Prepaid Expenses and AccrualsCommission analysis and calculationsAssist with maintenance and organization of accounting filesCross-train and support processing in the BambooHR systemMaintain communication with internal and external partnersExperience/Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field2+ years of Recent NetSuite experience is mandatorySolution 7 experience is desired but not required1-3 years of accounting experience with GL Reconciliations; Multi-accounting preferredExcellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Microsoft ExcelStrong emphasis on accuracy and timelinessAbility to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agenciesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service focusAbility to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives in a remote workplace atmosphereLocated on the East Coast is requiredWhy Ignite Visibility?
