Our transactional associates interact with boards of directors and other industry professionals, providing practical advice to all aspects of the day-to-day business of community associations.ResponsibilitiesDrafting and amending community association covenants and bylawsGoverning document interpretation and enforcementNegotiating and drafting various service contractsAttending and presiding over membership meetingsDeveloper turnover issuesCommunity association compliance with state and federal lawReal estate or corporate law experience is preferred.
