Paralegal, Commercial Contracts – Real Estate Manager & Visual Lease (Atlanta, GA)Role Overview:The Paralegal – Commercial Contracts will support the company's commercial contracting activities by working closely with attorneys, business teams, and finance to review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements. This full‑time in‑office role is based in our Atlanta, GA office.ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and edit commercial contracts, including licensing agreements, NDAs, and various AI, privacy and security addenda.Assist attorneys and stakeholders in negotiating contract terms to align with company objectives and risk tolerance.Maintain a centralized contract repository and support business in tracking key dates, obligations, and ensuring timely execution and renewal.Develop and update contract templates, playbooks, and process documentation.Train junior paralegals and business teams on contract policies, procedures, and best practices.Coordinate with internal departments (procurement, sales, finance) to gather information and facilitate contract approvals and required documentation.Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and raise escalations as needed.Assist with dispute resolution and contract enforcement, including preparing summaries and supporting documentation.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited, not‑for‑profit university or college.Minimum 2 years of paralegal experience.Strong understanding of contract law, commercial transactions, and business operations.Excellent drafting, editing, and negotiation skills.Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management systems (Salesforce preferred).Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate across departments.Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality.Track record of commitment to prior employers.Preferred QualificationsParalegal certification.Experience with commercial contracts and corporate legal department or law firm settings.Experience with lease administration/lease accounting software platforms.Demonstrated success working with OKRs and performance metrics.Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.What's In It For You?CoStar Group offers a high‑growth, high‑reward career.
