OverviewPosition SummaryThe Concierge LPN supports both the Executive Health and Concierge Medicine practices by providing high-quality clinical and administrative support to physicians and patients. This role functions similarly to a medical assistant while practicing within the scope of an LPN license. Responsibilities include patient intake, coordination of care, phlebotomy, clinical documentation, patient communication, and assisting with daily operations to ensure an exceptional patient experience.The ideal candidate is professional, service-oriented, detail-focused, and thrives in a high-touch healthcare environment.ResponsibilitiesEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide clinical support for Executive Health and Concierge Medicine patientsRoom patients and obtain vital signs, medical history, medication reconciliation, and chief complaintsPerform phlebotomy and collect/process laboratory specimensAdminister injections, immunizations, EKGs, and other clinical procedures within scope of practicePrepare patients for examinations and assist physicians during procedures and visitsCoordinate testing, referrals and Executive Health Intake calls.Communicate with patients regarding results, instructions, medication refills, and physician recommendationsMaintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) to include placing testing ordersManage Executive Health patient flow to ensure efficient and exceptional service deliverySupport concierge-level patient care through professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detailAssist with prior authorizations, and other administrative duties as neededEnsure compliance with HIPAA, infection control, and organizational policies and proceduresCollaborate effectively with physicians, leadership, and multidisciplinary staffEscort Executive Health patients to test locations as neededQualificationsEducationSuccessful completion of an accredited practical nurse program RequiredWork ExperienceNo experience required RequiredLicenses and CertificationsLPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - State Licensure Current License in the State of Georgia as a LPN or NLC/eNLC Multistate License Required andBCLS - Basic Life Support RequiredBusiness Unit : Company NamePiedmont Medical Care Corporation#J-18808-Ljbffr
