Managing and establishing credit lines, providing sound receivables management & customer service, and supporting payments & disputes resolution activities are critical to success in this role. The ability to analyze and solve problems associated with information related to customer, sales, and organizational needs is necessary to ensure accurate service levels are met while simultaneously meeting the financial goals of the organization.Key Responsibilities25% - Collections and Disputes Management - Develop and maintain accurate collection status records for all accounts. Recommend when accounts should be placed with outside agencies or attorneys for collection. Resolve customer discrepancies and/or disputes and effect collection of delinquent accounts. Recommend plans of action to resolve collection accounts and ensure timely & accurate processing of payments.25% - Customer Service - Directly communicate with customers and internal sales associates or leadership related to credit & collection matters verbally and in writing.25% - Drives Results - Ability to meet outlined operational goals and objectives associated with the role, and as part of an overall team.25% - Manage Credit - Ability to perform judgmental underwriting for commercial customers credit needs in a timely, secure, sound, and consistent ability.
