Job Summary Guarantee a positive customer experience and ensure quick and reliable processing of customer orders from enquiry to invoice. Handle speedy and knowledgeable responses to assist customers at any stage of their order and proactively address any problems.Responsibilities Review customer's PO to align with Emerson's terms & conditions, trade compliance policy.Prepare order checklist, order screening form (TSF), trade and checkpoint screening.Ensure orders are entered accurately and in conformance with customer needs and factory capabilities.Provide timely acknowledgment of delivery and proactive updates to customers on order status.Review incoming orders and expedite them to meet customer requests and Emerson service‑level goals.Monitor and update date management for sales orders and backlog to meet customer requirements.Coordinate drop shipments from producing factories to specified destinations in a timely manner.Expedite documentation submission and prepare certificates of conformance/origin.Prepare order acknowledgment, delivery order and/or packing list for shipment.Apply new customer guidelines in the system.Prepare sales forecast and POR sales reports by period and monitor to meet targets.Submit weekly and monthly inquiry, booking, backlog and shipment reports.Answer customer phone calls expertly and consistently.Act as a liaison to assure timely and efficient administration of orders.Resolve matters pertaining to order administration, completion and post‑order activities with in‑house groups, overseas order admin, factories, suppliers and customers (e.g., CN, goods return to factory, RMA).Communicate and drive the impact of change orders internally and externally.Provide timely responses to order inquiries such as pricing, lead time and order status.Acquire an understanding of Emerson Process Management products.Participate in continuous improvement activities.Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Qualifications Attention to detail, hard worker, proactive, collaborative, and willing to interact.Ability to work under time pressure and multitask.Strong analytical skills and ability to tackle problems.Excellent customer sense.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Required Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience in business administration or international trade (preferred).0 to 3 years of experience in a customer service role.Preferred Qualifications Good knowledge and proven practice of customer contract review and terms & conditions.Benefits Competitive compensation, comprehensive medical and insurance coverage, safe working environment, and a remote‑work policy that supports work‑life balance.We are committed to fostering a culture where every employee is valued and respected for their unique experiences and perspectives.
