Global Indirect Tax Automation Senior Associate (Tax Technology)Atlanta, GA, United States and 8 moreJob DescriptionImplement and build third‑party tax systems with major ERP and billing platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, PeopleSoft, Great Plains, and custom billing systems across a variety of industries.Collaborate with teammates, practice leadership, and clients to gather requirements, design, build, test, and support implementations of third‑party software products and custom solutions.Participate in sales meetings and proposal development meetings.Network and develop key relationships within Grant Thornton and externally.Manage programming for custom system interfaces and modifications of pre‑existing interfaces.Manage testing and support of assigned system go‑live projects.Develop and deliver key project documentation including requirements documents, design documents, and test plans.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related technical field.Three‑five years of experience with SAP/Oracle functional and/or technical environments.At least two years of Oracle EBS/ERP Cloud/SAP ABAP design and development experience.Deep technical understanding of SAP or Oracle, including customization paths, table structures, and core functional streams (Order‑to‑Cash, Procure‑to‑Pay).Experience writing documentation for ERP implementations.Experience managing and developing team members for implementation projects.Experience in public accounting is a plus.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to travel as needed.CompensationThe base salary range for this position is between $111,320 and $141,933.
