Our client, an elite AmLaw firm, is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join their Atlanta team.Work closely with attorneys and clients throughout commercial real estate deals.Handle real estate transactions from beginning to end, including reviewing purchase agreements and ground leases, tracking key dates, creating closing checklists, helping with closings, and following up on post-closing items.Review title commitments, surveys, and related documents, spot potential issues, and help get them resolved.Prepare title objection letters when needed.Help with the firm's leasing work by drafting and reviewing leases and related documents.Coordinate with clients, title companies, attorneys, and internal teams to keep transactions moving smoothly.The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in commercial real estate law, with experience supporting complex transactions, including significant exposure to title and survey review.Excellent compensation, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to work at one of Georgia's leading law firms.#J-18808-Ljbffr
