This position is ideal for a technically inclined professional who enjoys troubleshooting complex equipment, traveling to customer sites, and delivering hands-on technical solutions.You will work with advanced machinery involving mechanical systems, electrical components, PLC controls, and pneumatic systems. The role includes equipment installation, technical troubleshooting, and customer training while representing the organization with a strong commitment to safety and service excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, commission, and test industrial fabrication machinery at customer facilitiesDiagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled systemsProvide technical support to customers both onsite and remotelyConduct operational training sessions for customer personnelSupport product demonstrations and assist with prototype or sample part productionCollaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve equipment performanceTravel to customer locations throughout North America to support installations and service needsRequired Skills & ExperienceAssociate degree in a mechanical or electrical discipline or equivalent military technical experienceMinimum 3 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machineryKnowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, PLC controls, pneumatics, and PC-based control systemsAbility to travel 50–75% after training, including weekday overnight travelStrong problem-solving and independent decision-making skillsExcellent communication skills and customer-focused mindsetValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to pass required background or drug screening processes#J-18808-Ljbffr
