This role requires a strong foundation in both mechanical and electrical systems and a demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional technical support and customer service.Field Support Technician will be responsible for performing on-site system startups, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and customer training for Acuity's advanced lighting and control systems.This position plays a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring the optimal performance of our systems in the field.
