Mental Health Therapist, 1099 - Georgia, Atlanta Area Location: Atlanta, GeorgiaResponsibilities Provide high-quality behavioral health care to adult clients via video, with short-term, evidence-based therapies (e.g., CBT, DBT) as appropriate.Collaborate with a diverse clinical team in a client-centered, evolving environment.Develop and customize treatment plans and service delivery to meet client needs; build and maintain a strong therapeutic alliance.Deliver feedback-informed care using standardized measures.Offer in-person and remote therapy; manage a caseload with option for virtual or in-person visits.Maintain culturally responsive and culturally competent care.Qualifications LMFT, LPC, LCSW, PsyDCurrent Georgia license in good standingMaster's Degree or higher from an accredited program in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related fieldMust be licensed and in good standing with the governing licensing boardPreferred 1 year of post-license clinical experience; 2+ years preferred in one or more areas: CBT for depression/anxiety, DBT for emotion dysregulation, Unified Protocol for emotional distress, CPT or PE for traumaMust have own office space and be willing to provide in-person services in the Atlanta areaCompensation Starting pay for qualified applicants depends on factors such as education, training, experience, location, and market demands.
