Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Business Development Manager to join our team and help us recruit plumbing companies, supply houses, and other organizations that partner with customers having potential water damage in their properties. In this role, you will foster existing relationships with referral sources, create new relationships, communicate customer feedback to the production team, highlight the production team's achievements to referral sources, and attend fun outings such as golf, bowling, meet-and-greets, and lunches with referral partners.Are you a persistent person who will not take "No" for an answer?
