Senior Financial AnalystWe are recruiting on behalf of a small‑mid‑sized Atlanta‑based company for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join a high‑impact finance team supporting strategic and operational decision‑making. The company is in growth mode, offers broad responsibility, will work closely with senior leadership, and has a path for future career growth.This role will have strong visibility across the organization and will focus on delivering forward‑looking insights, improving financial planning processes, and driving performance analysis within a complex, regulated environment.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and refine financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term planning initiativesEvaluate business performance, identify key drivers of variance, and translate findings into clear recommendationsCollaborate with cross‑functional leaders to guide financial strategy and operational improvementsConduct analysis related to acquisitions, valuation, and liquidity planningSupport capital allocation decisions through ROI modeling and investment analysisDevelop executive‑ready reports, dashboards, and presentations, including KPI trackingQualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; CPA preferred2–4+ years of experience in financial analysis, investment banking, or public accounting (Big4 background valued)Industry exposure to manufacturing sector is a plusAdvanced Excel modeling skills with experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI strongly preferred; familiarity with ERP platforms and emerging analytics tools including AILocation: Atlanta, GA.
