OverviewThe Senior Associate, Brand Experience (BE) is the day‑to‑day steward of media communication for assigned brands. This role includes accurate budget control, flow of digital media activity, and developing and executing multi‑channel media plans. The Senior Associate works cross‑functionally with internal teams, vendors, and clients to develop innovative strategies that meet and exceed business objectives, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development of digital media plan options and recommendations.Maintain accurate budget control and flow of media activity, and update the client on timelines consistently.Demonstrate strong understanding of online media fundamentals, including media math, target audience development, and communication goals (reach/frequency).Demonstrate proficiency with systems/tools (MRI, Media Tools, ComScore).Gather and analyze appropriate research to provide sound, strategic, consumer‑insights‑driven digital media recommendations.Establish a collaborative, productive working relationship with partner agencies (where/when applicable), helping create a seamless communications process.Demonstrate creativity and agility when problem‑solving.Deliver POVs/position papers on key client issues and/or client opportunities.Prepare media authorizations per approved plans/project requests.Foster strong relationships with internal teams and client groups.Assist with other projects or responsibilities as assigned.Qualifications1.5+ years of media planning experience and Media Tools knowledge (outside of internships).Working knowledge of media systems/platforms (Kantar, IMS, Media Tools Flowchart Software, R/F and Optimization Software, comScore, Prisma, Mbox, MRI/GfK, GWI).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with a strong understanding of Excel and PowerPoint.Strong communication and presentation skills.Curious and motivated, solution‑oriented problem solver.Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.Strong organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills.Detail‑oriented with the ability to multi‑task and manage priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.BenefitsPublicis Groupe provides a robust and inclusive benefits package, including medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401(k), parental and family care leave, family‑forming assistance, tuition reimbursement, and flexible time off.Compensation RangeUSD $50,065.00 – USD $63,200.00 per annum.All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.#J-18808-Ljbffr
