Litigation Paralegal – General Liability Defense – HybridA well-established national law firm with multiple offices across the U.S. is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support its general liability / insurance defense practice . This position offers a hybrid work schedule , a collaborative team environment, and the opportunity to work on sophisticated litigation matters with attorneys across several offices.This role is ideal for a paralegal who is comfortable managing files in a fast-paced defense practice and enjoys taking ownership of cases from initial intake through trial preparation.ResponsibilitiesAssist attorneys with all phases of civil litigation, with a focus on general liability and insurance defense mattersDraft and prepare pleadings, discovery, and correspondenceManage document production, review, and organizationCoordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and expert witnesses- Prepare medical records summaries and chronologiesMaintain case calendars and track deadlinesPrepare trial notebooks, exhibits, and witness materialsE-file in state and federal courtsCommunicate with clients, carriers, experts, and opposing counselQualifications3+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in insurance defense, general liability, or civil litigationExperience working in a law firm environment requiredStrong knowledge of litigation procedures and deadlinesExperience with document management and e-filing systemsAbility to manage multiple cases and work independentlyExcellent organizational and communication skillsTrial preparation experience preferredWhy ApplyNational, multi-office law firm with strong reputation in litigationCompetitive salary and full benefits packageOpportunity to work on complex, high-value casesSupportive team with long-term growth potentialQualified candidates are encouraged to apply with a resume for confidential consideration.
