We are searching for an Acquisitions Analyst to join their Industrial platform.The Acquisition Analyst will be actively involved in financial analysis, market research, and transaction execution, working closely with senior team members across all phases of the investment lifecycle. This role is well-suited for a detail-oriented and analytical professional looking to deepen their experience across both acquisitions and development within the industrial real estate sector.Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed financial models for prospective acquisitions and development projects, including cash flow projections, sensitivity analyses, and return metricsSupport the evaluation of investment opportunities through market research, comparable analysis, and underwriting of key assumptionsAssist in the preparation of investment memorandums, presentations, and supporting materials for internal review and Investment Committee discussionsParticipate in transaction execution, including coordination of due diligence activities, review of third-party reports, and tracking of closing deliverablesAnalyze leases, tenant credit, and operating performance to inform investment decisions and underwriting assumptionsSupport development initiatives by assisting with project budgeting, timeline tracking, and coordination with internal and external stakeholdersCollaborate with internal teams including asset management, development, accounting, and capital markets to support investment execution and ongoing asset performanceMonitor and analyze industrial real estate market trends, including industrial fundamentals, tenant demand drivers, and competitive positioningAssist senior team members in managing relationships with brokers, owners, developers, and other market participantsQualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field1-2 years of previous analyst experience in commercial real estate, corporate finance or investment bankingExceptional financial modeling skills and proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint; Argus Enterprise experience requiredFamiliarity with real estate pro formas, capital stacks, and investment return metricsSolid understanding of real estate financial concepts including DCF, NPV and cash flow analysisHighly detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present analysis and recommendationsExperience with industrial real estate assets preferredDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
