Osmose is seeking an Accounting Manager to manage our full-cycle general ledger accounting functions, including preparing and reviewing journal entries, performing balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes. In addition to core accounting duties, the role supports system implementations, upgrades, and automation initiatives, while providing cross‑functional assistance across departments. The position also ensures compliance with accounting standards and internal policies while actively supporting internal and external audit processes through accurate documentation and reporting.Full-cycle General Ledger Responsibilities Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processesPrepare and review journal entries including intercompany (international) journal entriesReconcile assigned balance sheet accounts and investigate/clear variancesPrepare monthly accrualsIdentify and set‑up prepaid amortization schedulesAncillary Responsibilities Participate in system implementations, upgrades, and process automation initiativesProvide cross‑functional support across departments as neededOther duties as assignedCompliance and Audit Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policiesSupport internal and external auditsMaintain accurate and organized documentation for audit purposesRequirements Bachelor's degree in accounting or related fieldIntercompany transactionsStrong knowledge generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)Experience with intercompany activitiesProficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)Ability to deep‑div and solve problemsStrong attention to detail and accuracyEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applicationsCPA or CA requiredCandidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
