Bar Back – Marquee Club Presented by LexusThe Fox Theatre in Atlanta is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Bar Back in the Marquee Club Presented by Lexus. Bar backs assist Bartenders to ensure they have everything they need to serve customers efficiently. Duties include replacing kegs, restocking bars, and other supplies needed to make drinks, and maintaining a clean dining space throughout all events.Major ResponsibilitiesSetting up assigned bar location with all ice, garnishes, glassware, and supplies.Completing all opening and closing side work as assigned.Assisting Bartenders with their needs as directed.Maintaining a clean and safe work area throughout the shift.Clearing tables and other areas of glassware and other items as needed.Assist management in keeping the bar, storage areas, and other areas in a clean and organized condition.Stocking all coolers, storage areas, and service stations as directed, emptying all trash and boxes from the bar and other Marquee Club and food & beverage areas throughout the shift.Other duties as directed.Knowledge, Skills & QualificationsMust have a high school diploma or equivalent.TIPs certified preferred – must attend certification training after hire if not certified.Should be able to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.Essential Physical RequirementsMust be able to traverse the building including multiple floors.Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.Other RequirementsMust be able to work variable shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.Successful applicants must be able to pass a post‑offer, pre‑employment background check.Equal Employment Opportunity StatementFox Theatre, Inc. provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetics.
