The mental health industry is full of barriers, and we've made it our goal to fill the gap and find innovative ways to break down these barriers for the communities we serve.ResponsibilitiesEvaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policyProvide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our communityUtilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goalsPrepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocolFull-Time status clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per weekConduct primarily in-office appointments, with some telehealth appointmentsAttend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainingsEngaging in outreach activities to build referral partnersRequired Qualifications and SkillsCandidates are required to have a master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure in their designated fieldCandidates with clinical licensure or are license eligible (LPC, APC, LMFT, AMFT, LCSW, LMSW)Experience working with couplesTraining in a modality that is utilized in couples' therapyRequired experience with completing assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notesEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clientsAbility to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely mannerWillingness to engage in outreach activities to build referral partners#J-18808-Ljbffr
