They spend more time interacting with guests than any other position. Greeting guests when they arrive, answering the phone, taking accurate orders, and delivering completed orders to the guest reflect the restaurant's image, all with a great attitude and a smile!KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDescribe menu items to customers or suggest drinks that may appeal to their tasteProvide customers with information such as coffee blend, preparation techniques, ingredients used, allergen information, etc.Assist with preparing and serving food items as neededPrepare and serve beverages ranging from simple drinks (e.g. coffee and tea) to elaborate specialty drinksClean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment according to health and sanitation standardsCheck temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, and heating equipment to ensure proper functionalityUphold company safety and sanitation requirements to ensure the health and safety of our guests and teamStock stations with proper paper products or beverage preparation items as necessaryOperate cash registers and credit card machinesPhysical & Qualitative RequirementsAbility to stand/walk for 8-10 hours per day.Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.Will frequently stand, walk, reach, feel, bend, stoop, carry, finely manipulate, and key in data.Must be able to work in both warm and cool environments, indoors and outdoors.Must be able to tolerate higher levels of noise from music and customer traffic.Must be able to tolerate potential allergens: peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, and soy.Report to work in a complete required uniform.Maintain a well-manicured appearance and persona that reflect the restaurant's image.Meet personal schedule requirements punctually.Be courteous, friendly, and pleasant.Competitive PayEmployee Discounts on Food and BeveragesReferral Bonus ProgramMedical, Dental, and Vision Plans401(k) Retirement PlanSupportive and Dynamic Work Environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
