Therapist– PHP/Intake (Weekend Option / Full Time)Peachford Hospital is a 246-bed, acute care psychiatric hospital located in Dunwoody. We provide care for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors in both inpatient and partial hospitalization programs. Peachford has been providing compassionate care since 1973 and nearly 10,000 patients receive treatment here every year.We are searching for an experienced, energetic Master's prepared Therapist to work a hybrid role in our Outpatient Services Programs as well as our Intake Department. This position will require 24 hours in PHP and 8 in Intake, with flexible shifts that include Friday/Saturday/Sunday.ResponsibilitiesConduct psychotherapy and psychoeducational groups and lectures.Determine patients' treatment needs and conduct psychosocial assessments.Conduct new patient orientation and assign patients to appropriate groups.Maintain working relationships with physicians, hospital staff, and leaders as well as manage staff providing care on the weekends.QualificationsMaster's degree in a related clinical area.Certification: LAPC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, or LMFT (or license‑eligible).At least 2 years of outpatient or inpatient experience.Working knowledge of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma‑informed Care.EEO StatementAll UHS subsidiaries are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and teammates.
