Job DescriptionThe Credit Products Real Estate Portfolio Analyst monitors loan and property performance, key performance indicators, and assists with asset management and servicing of a real estate loan portfolio. This group provides client‑specific off‑balance‑sheet financing solutions through its various Agency Products – Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and HUD.Primary ResponsibilitiesFacilitate portfolio surveillance to monitor loan and property performanceMonitor KPIs and contribute to the property watch list process for problem assetsAnalyze property‑level financial statements and rent rolls for accuracy and performance trendsValidate accuracy and assess property condition through property inspection reviewsAssist with loan asset management and servicing matters, including payoffs, prepayments, estoppels, lease reviews, SNDAs, reserves, escrows, draw requests, cash management, easements, financial reporting, inspections, post‑closing items, and borrower requestsCollaborate with loan asset management to identify problem loans and develop monitoring plansEnsure customer data is accurate in the appropriate system of recordManage customer complaints and inquiries promptly and professionallyRequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or a related fieldSkills and CompetenciesHandle multiple assignments and meet deadlinesWork independently and responsibly with minimal supervisionProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)Strong attention to detail, prioritization skills, and responsivenessStrong communication skills, oral and writtenUnderstanding of all aspects of loan servicing functionsPosition TypeFull timeCompensation DetailsPay ranges are job specific. Target information for the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range includes a minimum range of $53,299.21 USD and a median of $77,700.00 USD.
