Full-timeJob DescriptionThe Claims Specialist is primarily involved in providing technical expertise to our clients for the full process of an insurance claim from reporting to resolution. Included in the daily duties are reviewing and interpreting commercial policies, monitoring the reporting and resolution process, performing claims reviews, and supporting a wide variety of influential customers.QualificationsThis position requires a minimum of 4 years work experience in handling, processing and advising customers regarding the processing of complex commercial insurance claims. A valid Georgia P&C license is an absolute must.In addition all of the following are requirements:A high level of service orientation towards internal and external customersAbility to work within a team based environmentHigh level of reasoning ability, task prioritization and initiativeProfessional level verbal and written communication skillsComputer literate, able to independently find and use required information.
