Job SummaryWe are looking to hire a corporate recruiter for our Atlanta location!The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full-cycle recruiting across a diverse portfolio of roles in a corporate environment, including Sales, Information Technology, Customer Support, and Warehouse/Operations positions. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent while delivering a high-quality candidate experience and supporting business growth objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle RecruitingManage end-to-end recruitment for exempt and non-exempt roles across Sales, IT, Customer Support, and Warehouse functionsConduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand role requirements, success profiles, and hiring timelinesDevelop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, ATS, referrals, social media, and direct outreachScreen resumes, conduct phone/video interviews, and coordinate interview panelsStakeholder PartnershipAct as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing market insights, hiring recommendations, and candidate feedbackPartner with HR Business Partners and leadership on workforce planning and hiring initiativesEnsure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and diversity and inclusion practicesCandidate Experience & Employer BrandDeliver a professional, engaging, and transparent candidate experience from application through offerRepresent the organization's employer brand consistently across all candidate interactionsMaintain timely communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment processOffer & Onboarding SupportPrepare and extend employment offers, including coordination of compensation, background checks, and pre-employment requirementsSupport onboarding processes to ensure successful transitions for new hiresRecruiting Metrics & Process ImprovementTrack and maintain accurate recruiting data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Monitor recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and sourcing effectivenessContinuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, tools, and outcomesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of corporate recruiting experience supporting multiple functional areasProven experience recruiting for Sales, IT, Customer Support, and Warehouse/Operations rolesStrong interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skillsExperience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
