We provide customized legal solutions, including wills, trusts, asset protection, guardianship and seamless probate administration, and deliver strategic advice for real estate transactions.Role DescriptionAssociate Attorney – Probate Practice (Full‑time, on‑site in Atlanta, GA, with occasional travel to other offices).Advises clients on probate matters and manages a variety of probate cases.Conducts legal research, drafts legal documents, and provides guidance on estate planning.Engages in client consultations, represents clients in court proceedings and in contested probate, guardianship, and occasional trust litigation.Collaborates with team members to achieve optimal outcomes.May travel to other Perigon offices and could supervise a growing practice (potential leadership path).Qualifications3–5 years minimum experience in probate law and general legal practice.Experience with all facets of the probate code and litigation tactics.Strong research and legal writing skills.Effective negotiation skills and ability to resolve disputes.Probate or civil trial experience.Solid organizational, time‑management, and analytical abilities.Active license to practice law in Georgia.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Prior experience in probate, estate planning, or real estate law is preferred but not required.IndustryLegal ServicesEmployment TypeFull‑Time#J-18808-Ljbffr
