PositionSenior Quality Assurance PM, Mechanical – Join the Data Center Construction team. The ideal candidate has prior experience supporting large‑scale construction projects.ResponsibilitiesEffectively manage and collaborate with project stakeholders.Communicate across the internal team to ensure efficiency and consistent delivery to the client.Analyze, track, and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip.Verify that effective project governance, processes and systems are utilized.Ensure application of best practice on all projects.Produce formal project status reports and other reports as required.Monitor the progress of multiple construction projects simultaneously to ensure that the approved design standards are being applied correctly.Manage the interface between all suppliers through monthly trackers and weekly reviews.Manage the flow of project information between the project team through regular meetings and written communications.Forecast and update key project milestones.Manage and monitor local design teams in accordance with commission criteria.Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors and regional stakeholders.Rapidly respond to RFIs from the field.Provide expertise for cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance where required.Conduct independent reviews of status reports, drawing submittals, timelines and costs from architects, contractors and suppliers.Client management – assist in developing excellent working relationships with clients, with a view toward maximizing new opportunities.Strategic thinking – provide advice to project teams on approaches that can be adopted to successfully achieve both client and business objectives.Knowledge management – ensure that key information and learnings generated from each project are captured.Process improvement – identify ways to improve internal systems and processes.SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.QualificationsBachelor's degree in construction management, mechanical engineering, or an applicable bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience.Minimum 5–7 years of relevant project management experience, specifically working with mechanical systems in the built environment.Strong organizational and management skills – ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the broader team.Background working in design or construction with mechanical or BMS controls experience.AND/OR background working in a vendor equipment factory supporting quality control processes of mechanical equipment.AND/OR background working in commissioning of mechanical systems and equipment in mission‑critical data centers.Proficiency managing construction documents including BODs, specifications, contract drawings, C/D/E's, equipment submittals and RFIs.Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, Project, Smartsheets and other construction project management tools.Additional InformationOn‑site presence and requirements may change depending on our clients' needs.BenefitsOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
