This isn't a support role. You'll sit at the center of how we identify, engage, and convert our target accounts and you'll have direct influence on pipeline quality and marketing efficiency.You'll work closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to build and maintain the infrastructure behind our ABM strategy, lead funnel, and reporting.What You'll OwnAccount Selection and ABMBuild and maintain our target account list in partnership with SalesDefine and execute account scoring models based on fit, intent, and engagementSupport ABM campaign analysis and segment performance reportingLead ManagementOwn lead scoring models and routing rules in HubSpotBuild and optimize lead funnels from top-of-funnel to SQLEnsure clean, reliable attribution across channels and campaignsDatabase and CRM HealthOwn the health of our HubSpot database: deduplication, enrichment, segmentationEstablish and enforce data standards across Marketing and SalesManage integrations between HubSpot and other tools in the stackEmail MarketingBuild and manage email programs including nurture tracks, lifecycle campaigns, and one-off sendsOwn deliverability, list hygiene, and complianceA/B test and optimize for open rate, click rate, and conversionReporting and AnalyticsBuild dashboards and reports that give leadership clear visibility into pipeline, funnel performance, and campaign ROISurface insights that help the team make faster, smarter decisionsOwn Marketing's contribution to revenue reportingWhat We're Looking For3-5 years in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a similar role at a B2B SaaS or tech companyDeep HubSpot expertise: complex workflows, scoring models, sequences, and reportingStrong understanding of the B2B demand gen funnel and ABM principlesComfortable working with data: pull, clean, analyse, and communicate it clearlyExperience owning attribution: UTM governance, source tracking, multi-touch modelsExperience with integrations and tech stack management (bonus: Salesforce, Clay, ZoomInfo, 6sense, or similar)Detail-oriented without losing sight of the bigger pictureYou work well in ambiguity and can build structure where there isn't muchNice to HaveExperience in a startup or early‑stage environment where you've built programs from scratchFamiliarity with Apollo, Clay, or DemandbaseFamiliarity with intent data platforms or ABM tools more broadlyBackground supporting an enterprise or mid‑market sales motionOur ValuesBe ambitious.
