Key Responsibilities of the LPN/LVN - Provide nursing care and support to patients under the supervision of an RN or physician
- Assist with daily living activities and medication administration
- Monitor patient health and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Participate in patient care planning and evaluation
Requirements of the LPN/LVN - Current LPN/LVN license in North Carolina
- CPR certification
- Experience as an LPN/LVN in a healthcare setting
