Job description:
This Project Engineer will play a vital role in developing and implementing innovative solutions to move many products through the various stages of development beginning with conception through the entire product's life cycle. Local, Atanta, GA.
This position involves collaborating with various internal and external teams to foster creativityand drive projects to enhance efficiency and communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management:Oversee and coordinate product innovation projects from
conception to execution, ensuring alignment with organizational
goals, and internal and external parties.
- Collaboration:Work with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and
implement creative solutions.
- Reporting:Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project
progress and outcomes to stakeholders.-Communicate with internal and external individuals to keep varying product lines moving forward from the stages they are currently in and provide consistant and reliable follow-up.
- Research and Analysis:Conduct market research to identify trends
and opportunities for innovation.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in fields such as business, engineering, or innovation management with a concentration in manufacturing.
-Strong in Microsoft Excel, typical ERP systems, and Microsoft office product offerings.
- Proficient AI analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Experience in product project management and familiarity with innovation methodologies.
-Ability and interest in keeping others engaged in their portion of stage-gate manufacturing processes.
