Our practice focuses on community association collections litigation.ResponsibilitiesThe candidate must be detail orientated, self-motivated, organized, and should have significant experience in the following areas:Composing, preparing, revising, and finalizing legal documents (including pleadings), and correspondence as directed by the attorney in a high volume practiceDrafting, formulating, and revising discovery questions and discovery responses, including handling document organization, summaries, and productionSelf-directed and able to identify and manage tasks in a lawsuit and manage caseloads among multiple attorneysQualifications, Skills and Expertise Required and/or DesiredFamiliar with deed records research and using the GSCCCA websiteSkilled in Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, and Outlook experience required.
